The degree was presented by the university during the school's graduation ceremony on Saturday (May 11).

Keith, who was ailing from stomach cancer since 2021, passed away in February this year.

"Toby learned he would be receiving an honorary degree from @uofoklahoma last fall," a post shared to Keith's official Instagram account on Sunday read. "And yesterday, @krystalkeith accepted it on his behalf at the commencement ceremony. Congratulations to all of the OU graduates!"

"So incredibly grateful to Tricia and Krystal Keith for joining us Saturday to celebrate the impact and legacy of @tobykeith with an honorary degree from @UofOklahoma. Miss you and each and every day, TK," University of Oklahoma President Joseph Harroz Jr. wrote on X.

Harroz also shared a photo, which featured Krystal and Toby's wife, Tricia Lucus.

All three of Keith's children attended the university, and the musician maintained a close rapport with Harroz Jr. In February, following news of Keith's death, the university president shared a moving tribute highlighting his contributions to the community.

NBC has announced Snoop Dogg and Michael Buble will join Reba McEntire and Gwen Stefani as "The Voice" Coaches during the upcoming season 26 this fall.

Stefani is returning as a Coach for Season 26 after a brief hiatus, alongside McEntire, who is returning for her third straight season. They will be joined by two first-time Coaches, singer-songwriter Buble and rapper/actor Snoop Dogg.

Over a decade-spanning career, Stefani has racked up three Grammys and sold more than 60 million records, including solo and ensemble work.

Buble has earned five Grammys, 15 Juno Awards, six multi-platinum albums, more than 14 billion global streams, and stars on both the Hollywood Walk of Fame and Canada's Walk of Fame. He's also performed as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live twice.

Over the course of his storied music career, Snoop has released 21 studio albums, sold more than 40 million albums worldwide, reached No. 1 countless times on Billboard charts internationally and received 20 Grammy Award nominations.

The acclaimed group of presenters joining Country Music's Party of the Year includes Alabama, BRELAND, Tyler Cameron, Jordan Davis, Sara Evans, Carin Leon, Little Big Town, Ashley McBryde, Dion Pride, Charley Pride, Rozene Pride, Noah Reid, Richard Sherman, Charissa Thompson, Randy Travis, and Clay Walker.

Hosted by Reba McEntire, the ACM Awards will be free to stream live exclusively for a global audience across 240+ countries and territories on Prime Video from Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas, on Thursday, May 16 at 8 p.m. EDT / 7 p.m. CDT / 5 p.m. PDT.

Additionally, the ACM Awards will kick off with the Official ACM Awards Red Carpet Show hosted by Amber Anderson and Kelly Sutton, Makho Ndlovu, and Elaina D. Smith, with Katie Neal serving as a correspondent from the carpet.

The Red Carpet Show will also feature an incredible performance by Megan Moroney, which will air on Prime Video and the Amazon Music channel on Twitch starting at 7 p.m. EDT.
